After you’ve chosen your length, use a zig-zag stitch and sew down the edges of the strap and close the ends you left open.



Use about an inch of the end of the strap to sew it to the inside of the bag. Start sewing one inch from the end and sew across the strap. When you reach the other side end the stitching with the needle down and turn the strap and sew to the opposite point. With the needle down, sew across the strap, ending with the needle down and turn the strap again and sew to the beginning.
